We deliver personalized mental health support to families and high-level decision makers alike".
Our Mission
Our mission at Conscious Puzzles is to strengthen mental health for all Californians—supporting children and families through community collaborations, and delivering high-level, personalized therapy for executives, leaders, and decision makers.
We Serve
Conscious Puzzles serves children and adolescents from birth through 18 years old and their families, as well as executives and leaders of major organizations, including nonprofits, hospitals, and other high-impact institutions.
How we differ from other agencies
Dual-Focus Expertise: Unlike most agencies that serve either children and families or adults, we provide high-quality, discreet mental health services for both populations, bridging community care with executive wellness.
Comprehensive, Root-Cause Approach: We go beyond treating symptoms, identifying and addressing underlying challenges, including gaps in community resources, educational supports (IEPs/504 Plans), and systemic barriers.
Collaborative, Stakeholder-Integrated Care: Our team partners closely with parents, educators, school psychologists, medical staff, and organizational leaders to ensure holistic, coordinated support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Continuous Professional Development: Our staff undergoes ongoing training to remain at the forefront of best practices, ensuring interventions are effective, evidence-based, and adapted to client progress.
Personalized & Adaptive Interventions: Every plan is customized and adjusted as clients advance, whether for children, families, or executives, ensuring outcomes are meaningful and sustainable.
We Focus On Addressing Target Behaviors

Our services address anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, complex and toxic stress, and mood dysregulation. We also support those experiencing executive and performance-related stress, burnout, decision fatigue, work-life imbalance, ethical or high-stakes pressures, and organizational crises. Additional areas of focus include ADHD, oppositional behaviors, academic underachievement, social skill deficits, impulse control challenges, neurodivergent conditions including autism, family dynamic strain, divorce or blended family issues, bullying, anger management, and social isolation. Our goal is to provide individualized, high-quality interventions that meet the unique needs of children, families, and executives alike, fostering resilience, wellness, and sustained performance.”
