How we differ from other agencies:

• We take patient concerns and complaints very serious.

• We address root cause(s) of all our patients issues that are due to poor linkage needs (e.g. Community Resources).

• We assist and support families and their children with IEP's/504 Plans.

• Parents and patients are always an integral part of the treatment process.

• We work collaboratively with stake holders to ensure our patients receive comprehensive care (e.g Teachers, School Psychologist, Parents, Medical Staff).

• Our employees will undergo continuous training to ensure we meet the needs of patients and their family.

• All interventions are modified to address patient progress and needs.
